Position

You will be assigned to successive assignments, short or long term, part-time or full-time, on-site (homeworking during the Covid period).

The missions are rich and varied:  

  • Hard HR: Payroll, Comp & Ben, Reporting ;
  • Soft HR: HRBP, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development;
  • HR Assistant (administrative tasks);
  • Various projects: implementation of a new software, audit, social inspection, improvement of procedures, …  

Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3 years in the domain of Human Resources;
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree;
  • You are fluently bilingual (FR, NL, EN);
  • You master at least one payroll software or management software in HR software;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft excel;
  • You are flexible in terms of travel (an assignment with a client abroad is also possible if you are interested);
  • Integrity and customer satisfaction are your values;
  • You are passionate about Human Resources.
